Hutchinson Cancer

Hutchinson Cancer
Where should I do my postdoc?

I am a graduating PhD in cell biology who has been trained in yeast genetics. I currently have a very hard choice to make. I have been offered postdoctoral positions at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, The Scripps Research Institute, and Harvard Medical School. All three deal with the same type of work I am doing now, however Harvard is partially dealing with mammalian systems. If I eventually want to get a biotech job in the future, where would be the best place for me to go? Please help with any experiences you may have had.

All are fine institutions. Harvard however, is offering the possibility of expanding your research interests into mammalian systems. Being diversified will probably open more doors for you when you start applying for tenure track or dedicated research positions.
