So im going to be doing this daily, hopefully...

Its yesterdays o&a show, audio and video for download, the free fm version about 3 hours! :)

You better rethink that. It is illegal to record them and then offer them for download. Posting them on a forum is ust asking for serious trouble, it's why no O&A boards offer this. Look around, you will see it is not allowed on any forums.

I gotta edit that out of your post, as I said, it is highly illegal to offer those.

I also have to add that if you look at the R&F podcasts that Free FM offers up every day, they are not the whole shows, they are maybe 20 minutes of each show dailey.

Yeah you can have bits from the shows. That much is legal. There are places most people know of anyways where they can get the free fm and XM shows everyday already edited without commercials, that's on Usenet (newsgroups).
I go there myself if I ever want to catch a show like R&F since I rarely catch them live anymore.
