Ok there has to be a little bit of order here on getthehiv.com. There are just a few rules and these will be expected to be followed by all members.
First the rules:
1. Respect everyone. This site is here just for fun and so that fans of Opie and Anthony and Ron and Fez have yet another excellent site to go to meet and talk about our shows and everyday occurrences in life. There should never be a reason why we should not show respect for anyone, no matter what their views are on any subject. We can kindly show a person is wrong on a subject as long as we have solid proof to back it up. Also, NEVER tell someone they are stupid for believing a certain thing, they have that right as do you.
2. Post whatever you feel like posting whenever you wish, the forums belong to you and so do your posts. We do however have to protect some of those words you put down in a post. You will now be able to edit posts up to 60 minutes after you post. Why? This is so that if people are posting something and they get caled out on that post, the poster can't go back and change the post and now claim they never said it or posted it. 60 minutes is enough time to change the way you wish to say something and edit any mistakes or correct horrible sentence structure.
Lastly, just enjoy the site and have some fun here. Never take a message board too seriously. If you do, you need to check out for a few days and take a break.
