Tammy, try another keyboard, if you have access to one. Sometimes the pins get bent. If it is a driver thing, the other keyboard won't work, either. Does the thing start up and get into windows before not recognizing the keyboard, or does it beep during the boot procedure? If it beeps during boot-up before it gets to windows, it moght be the keyboard or the port on the back into which the keyboard connects.

the keyboard I have is USB (not the round pinny-connector-thing)

and yes, windows boots perfectly, but then it doesn't recognize the keyboard (or mouse), because the mouse connects through the keyboard... stupid old gateway keyboard... :(

Awareness, that is the KEY to being a goalie. It is harder to do when than action is on the other end of the ice, but goalies gotta stay alert. Know your opponent. Knowing if their players are more likely to low or high in ya is key. When my son was playing goalie in in-line hockey, I would tell him to cut off the low shot cus I knew none of the kids had the skills to go high on him, and he ROCKED. Protect the pipes, when the shooter is either to the side or behind the goal, hug the pipe closest to him to prevent the wrap around or even worse shooting off the back of your leg into the net...be prepared to go immediatly to the other side. KNow when to cut the angle, sometimes coming out of the goal and placing a well timed poke check can save a goal, but he could always deke you and make you look like your standing at the alter.....

I was stationed at the Navy Submarine Torpedo Facility in Yorktown, VA.


The interesting thing about the Fm99 is that I used to listen to Tommy & Rumble. One morning as I was listening online (I live in Detroit) a caller mentioned O & A on the show. Peaking my interest I checked out O & A's website. A few months later I was in the market for a satalitte radio, and I rememberd about O & A and I thought "Well Tommy & Rumble Likes them" so I got an XM. A few months back the bbboys were ripping on a "Human Tampon" bit that Tommy & Rumble did w/ thier intern Jason the Show wrecker. it made me sad :(
I also have learned that the fateful call into Tommy & Rumble that mentioned O & A was none other than our own Dugout Doug.

I still love Tommy & Rumble, you never forget your first:)
